Since we began operations, we have been involved in maritime consulting projects in several ports and maritime hot spots in Nigeria. This year, we projected to complete an estimated service worth of over NGN 1.0 Billion, through our various retainer-ships, and so far, we have made considerable progress . 1.     NIGERIAN PORTS AUTHORITY

ADBO Energy and Marine Limited was engaged by the Nigerian Ports Authority as one of the consulting firms in a consortium that is currently involved in the training of the very sensitive and highly efficient personnel of its security department.  The consortium has so far trained more than 400 personnel in the Western and Eastern Ports of the Authority for more than 10 weeks.

2.    INTER-MINISTERIAL IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE ON PORT APPROACH ROADS IN LAGOS (LAPARC)

The Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Transport inaugurated the above Committee in 2010 to tackle the problem of perennial congestion of the port access roads in the Lagos area.  When the Committee effectively took off in 2011, ADBO was engaged to serve as a consultant to the Committee and its mandate was to provide workable strategies to help the Committee achieve sustainable decongestion of the port access roads in line with its overall responsibility to oversee the decongestion, clearing and opening up of the access roads in and around the ports in Lagos state. This high powered committee worked assiduously around the peculiar terrain of the ports in order to accomplish its terms of reference.

Not surprisingly, ADBO Energy and Marine was also required to  advised on the security perspective of the committee’s work.

3.    MESSRS MIKE-LELY MARINE LIMITED.

ADBO Energy and Marine has, on several occasions consulted for Mike-Lely Marine Limited, a reputable Marine services company, on ship to ship transfer of cargo and ship to rig operations.

4.    OLOKOLA FREE TRADE ZONE (OKFTZ) (PROSPECT)

ADBO Energy and Marine is currently bidding for the provision of offshore marine security services for Olokola Single Point Mooring (SPM) Project.

5.    MOORING SERVICES

We have also provided mooring services for several industry operators too numerous to mention. Suffice it to say that our customers perceive us as the contemporary trend setters in the industry.

6. JOBS RECENTLY CONCLUDED

In compliance with International Maritime Organisation's ISPS Code, ADBO recently completed the production of Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA) and Plans (PFSP) for the following maritime facilities:

1. 2013 - Port and Terminals Operators Limited (PTOL), Port-Harcourt.

2. 2013 - Greenview Development Nigeria Limited (GDNL), Lagos.

3. 2013 - MRS Oil and Gas Facility Tincan Island, Lagos.

4. 2014 - Ibru Jetty Ibafon, Tincan Island, Lagos.

5. 2014 - Crown Flour Mill Limited, Warri.

6. 2014 - Lister Oil Limited

7. 2014 - IBETO Cement Company Jetty, Port Harcourt

8. 2014 - OANDO TSL/ CONOIL- Bitumen Jetty Port Harcourt

9. 2014 -  ExxonMobil - Contract for the production of Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA) and Plan (PFSP) for Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Vessel - FPSO USAN was awarded to ADBO in Nov 2014. The PFSA and PFSP was delivered to ExxonMobil in December 2014.

10. 2014 / 2015 TOTAL - ADBO  handled two Contracts for TOTAL. One of the contract is for the Deep Water Division of TOTAL Exploration And Production Nigeria Limited, for the Security Survey and Production of PFSA and PFSP for FPSO AKPO. The Security Survey was carried out in October 2014 while the PFSA and PFSP were delivered in January 2015.

11. 2015 TOTAL - Similar assignment for Floating Storage and offloading Vessel FSO UNITY was concluded and submitted.

12. 2015 - AFREN - Floating Storage and Offloading vessel FSO VIRINI PREM, the job was submitted on the 8th of August 2015 to AFREN.

13. 2015 - TICT-  Tincan Island Container Terminal, Apapa Lagos

14. 2016- TOTAL UPSTREAM NIGERIA LIMITED - Contract for the recertification of Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA) and Plan (PFSP) for FPSO Akpo

15. 2016 - TOTAL E&P NIGERIA LIMITED - Contract for the recertification of Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA) and Plan (PFSP) for FSO UNITY

16. 2016- OANDO TSL / CONOIL - recertification of Bitumen Jetty

17. 2017- TOTAL UPSTREAM NIGERIA LIMITED - Contract for the recertification of Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA) and Plan (PFSP) for FPSO Akpo

18. 2017 - TOTAL E&P NIGERIA LIMITED - Contract for the recertification of Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA) and Plan (PFSP) for FSO UNITY

19. 2017 - ExxonMobil _ Contract for the recertification of Production of ExxonMobil Berth Operation Platform (BOP)


20. 2017 - Crown Flour Mill Limited, Warri.

21. 2018 -TOTAL FLOATING, PRODUCTION, STORAGE AND OFFLOADING (FPSO) VESSEL EGINA- ADBO has been awarded the Contract for the Security Audit of FPSO Egina at Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics  (LADOL) base. 34. 2019 TOTAL - FPSO AKPO job was awarded to ADBO in September 2019. The PFSA and PFSP was delivered to TOTAL on the 5th of November    2019.


35. 2019- EGINA-TOTAL FLOATING, PRODUCTION, STORAGE AND OFFLOADING FPSO  EGINA. FPSO EGINA job was awarded to ADBO in September 2019. The PFSA and PFSP was delivered to TOTAL on the 22nd of November 2019.

36. 2019 - Crown Flour Mill Limited, Warri. Crown Flour Mill job was awarded to ADBO in December 2019. The PFSA and PFSP was delivered to Crown Flour Mill  on the 11th of February 2020.

37. 2020 - TOTAL - FSO Unity job was awarded to ADBO in September 9th 2020. The PFSA and PFSP was delivered to TOTAL on the 9th of December 2020.

38. 2020 - TOTAL - FPSO AKPO job was awarded to ADBO in September 9th 2020. The PFSA and PFSP was delivered to TOTAL on the 9th of December 2020.

39. 2020 - TOTAL - FPSO EGINA job was awarded to ADBO in September 9th 2020. The PFSA and PFSP was delivered to TOTAL on the 9th of December 2020.

40. 2021- ExxonMobil - Contract for the production of Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA) and Plan (PFSP) for ExxonMobil Facilities. The PFSA and PFSP was delivered to ExxonMobil in February 2022.
