COLONEL SAMUEL A. FOLORUNSHO (RTD)

Col Samuel Ademola Folorunsho retired from military service in 2001, after 26 years meritorious service in the Military Intelligence. While in the military he served in various commands and was exposed to various trainings both at home and abroad.

He participated in both the United Nations and ECOMOG peacekeeping operations with decorations. His post-military service experiences include service in the State Security Service as the special assistance to the DG and later appointed as the Commandant of the SSS Training School Abuja.

Col Folorunsho was appointed the General Manager, Security in Nigerian Ports Authority in February 2004.  A position, which he held for six and half years, before retiring from government service in 2010.  While at NPA, he was charged with the responsibility for all aspects of security in NPA, including the aspect of implementation of the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code). The code is a comprehensive set of measures and standard to enhance the security of ships and port facilities, developed by the International Maritime Organization in response to the perceived threats to ships and port facilities in the wake of the 9/11 attacks in the United States.

Since retirement from government service, he has been the Managing Director of ADBO Energy and Marine Limited.

He holds a bachelors degree in Cartography from The George Washington University, U.S.A. Other professional exposure and training includes:

NAVY COMMANDER A. H. OFORIBO (RTD)

Navy commander A.H. Oforibo was born on the 2nd of June 1965 at Ogu Town, Rivers State, Nigeria. After his secondary education, he attended the Nigerian Naval College Onne as a cadet and was commissioned as a naval officer in 1987. He served in the Nigerian Navy for 23 years. While in the Navy, he attended numerous courses, both locally and abroad, in which he served in various capacities. He also participated in ECOMOG and United Nations peacekeeping operations, in which he won awards and decorations.

His post military service engagements include conducting environmental security assessment on the proposed Ogu Energy City Project, and Azuabie Community in Rivers state as MD/CEO of CAHO Fairwinds Ltd. He currently serves as a national consultant with Addax Petroleum (Dev) Nigeria Limited as offshore security advisor. His work involves advising, monitoring, and coordination of security at three oilfields in the gulf of Guinea. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Security and Peace.


COL. O. MAJOYEOGBE (RTD)
Col. Olanipekun Majoyeogbe was born on the 29th of March 1951. He was commissioned as an officer in the Nigerian Army in Feb 1976. He attended several courses both home and abroad while in the Military. He served in the Nigerian Army Intelligence Corps. His post service appointments include:

J. O. GUNWA
Mr Gunwa is a 1980 graduate of English from the University of Lagos, the only Urban Universty south of Sahara. He has almost three decades of experience as a Security manager, teacher and administrator.

Joined the former Nigerian Security Organisation(NSO) now State Security Service(SSS) in 1984 as a Deputy Superintendent (NSO) and rose to the rank of Assistant Chief Security and Intelligence officer in 1997 before I retired in 1999.

BARONESS UYI  EFFIOM
She worked with a shipping company as Manager, Operations for more than seven years after which she proceeded to manage a security company providing security services to banks. The company provided security services to the former Intercontinental Bank Plc at several of its branches in Nigeria for five years.
She has attended professional training programme on maritime safety, particularly Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (I.O.S.H) UK.  She has also attended many conferences and seminar on maritime security.


She holds a Bachelors degree in Education majoring in History and International Relations.
Baroness Uyi is  currently a  Director.

CHARITY OGBONNA
She has a Barchelor of Science degree in Accounting.  She has garnered experience spanning decades as a financial manager.  She has worked as financial controller to Omeni Group, a Nigerian company representing several German spare parts and medical equipment manufacturers.

She is dynamic, smart and easily adaptable to new fields and she holds the position of a  Director.


AFOLABI IDOWU OLABISI

Mr Afolabi is a Finance/Management/ Consultant .
He was the Executive Director, Risk Management of Spring Bank Plc.
He began his working career in1983 in Savannah Bank of Nigeria, then an affiliate of the Bank of America (NT & SA). He has since held various senior executive management positions and Board membership across five Nigerian banks.
Skills acquired include varied managerial, executive and strategy competencies covering business development (retail & corporate), credit and enterprise risk management, project analysis and management, management strategies, policy formulation and productivity management.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is an alumnus of The Polytechnic, Ibadan and Ogun State University where he graduated in Banking and Finance.  He also holds an MBA in Marketing.

Mr Afolabi’s experience in senior managerial level of several banks, mostly in the risk management department, is invaluable to ADBO Energy and Marine Limited.

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic, OKO. Other professional exposure and training includes:
